Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel without penalty within 24 hours of booking when check-in is at least 14 days away. Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in receive a refund of payments made, less nonrefundable payment-processing fees. Cancellations 14 to 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before check-in are nonrefundable. No refunds are provided for early departures, late arrivals, weather, travel interruptions, personal emergencies, or unused nights unless required by law or approved in writing by the owner. If the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances within the owner's control, all payments will be refunded. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. Travel insurance is recommended.
