Guest2Owner respects intellectual-property rights. A copyright owner or authorized agent may report allegedly infringing content by sending a written notice to support@example.com that identifies the copyrighted work, the challenged material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
A person whose material was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notification identifying the removed material, consenting to the appropriate court jurisdiction, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
Guest2Owner may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly submitting a false claim may create liability. This policy is informational and does not replace legal advice.
